Final Project DIG4780 Spring 2013 Final Project DIG4780 Spring 2013

Before you begin, I will give you a brief walkthrough of this small site. The purpose of the homepage is to showcase my final project for DIG4780 that I have completed with a 'B' during SPRING 2013 with professor Theen. The left image shows some wireframes and the one on the right shows the completed 3D image. The two images above show three object pieces. This contains a PS3 wireless remote controller, PS3 Console, and an LG TV screen.

I've included even more content on my website with a categorization of tabs in the navigation bar. The second tab contains my about page if you wish to learn more about myself. Third, the following five tabs include previous classes that I took at UCF. I'm showcasing these five classes because I felt that these were my most creative projects and I've created them on highly demandable industry standard software such as Adobe Flash CS4, Adobe PhotoShop CS4, AutoDesk Maya 2013-2014, and the Unity game engine. DIG2500C shows my final project developed from Adobe Flash CS4. You'll enjoy my Flash application because it has some interactive aspects. You can choose which video to watch (all four different movie trailers from apple.com) and on the main page of the app you can choose to play background music and mute the music, (music from the game: Grand Turismo 5). DIG4780C harbors a couple of photos rendered from Maya to showcase how I made my final project for all three 3D objects on a table. DIG4324C showcases my art game, which is an alpha version. Please keep in mind that this isn't a full game. It's more about the artistic aspect of the 3D environment and you're more than welcome to explore the world that I have created. You will see an animated tree that moves it’s leaves, a light pole with a fire source that is casting the main light in the scene, and my animated character. Have fun walking around through my 3D world and tell me what you think. You can move through the world by looking around with your mouse, arrow keys to navigate, and the space bar to jump. FIL3720C shows four animation videos, so you can see my Maya animation skills. Finally, DIG4715C showcases two video game projects. Find out more by exploring this website. As you can see, I'm still a student and willing to get my hands more involved by learning more about the digital media gaming industry.

If your really curious, please take your time to fully navigate my portfolio website or go on my LinkedIn profile to see my five game development projects. I will eventually include more content in the future, so please feel free to bookmark my website. To play my alpha game you must install the Unity Player plug-in. This will enable you to explore my castle courtyard. In addition, I have recently added another Unity game on this website called “L.A.B The Little Adventures of Barry”. Finally, please tell me what you think, I'm hoping I will make a good asset on your team, sincerely Christopher D Ward.
